Interpretation of guideline for peritoneal dialysis-related infections

摘要 腹膜透析(PD)相关性感染是PD主要的并发症,也是患者退出PD的主要原因。各中心需结合自身情况,遵循指南建议对PD相关感染进行个体化治疗。腹膜炎的治疗目的应该是迅速控制感染以及保护腹膜功能,而不是挽救PD导管。 Peritoneal dialysis （ PD ） -related infections, remain a leading complication of PD and the major cause of dropout. In line with its own conditions, every PD center should follow the guideline to carry out individualized treatment. Peritonitis treatment should aim at rapid resolution of inflammation and preservation of peritoneal membrane function, but not at saving the peritoneal catheter.
