减水剂对全尾砂新型胶凝材料强度的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以自主研发的全尾砂新型胶凝材料(不含水泥,由工业废渣组成)为基础,采用设计4因素3水平的正交试验L(934),考察了萘系、糖钙两种减水剂不同复配合比例对充填体28 d单轴抗压强度的影响。结果表明:充填体强度随着减水剂不同复掺含量相差很大,当萘系(NX):糖钙(TG)两种外加剂的复掺含量为0.15%∶0(占胶凝材料的质量分数),充填体强度达到最大值,是相同浓度和胶砂比条件下未掺减水剂充填体强度的1.3倍。 Based on the neotype whole-tailings cementing material independently developed, using the orthogonal design method of four factors and three levels, studying the influence of different compound ratio of naphthalene (NX) and calcium gluconate (TG) on the backfill body strength.Results showed that: the differences of backfilling body strength were very large with the different compound ratio of water-reducers.As the mass compound ratio of water-reducers was naphthalene (NX) of 0.15 % : calcium gluconate ( TG ) of 0, the strength of the backfilling body was maximum ,which was 1.3 times to blank specimen at the same concentration and cement-sand ratio.
