摘要 通过落锤试验法研究了低掺量水性环氧树脂乳液对高性能混凝土的抗冲击韧性的影响。研究表明:掺加水性环氧树脂乳液的韧性混凝土的抗冲击韧性会随乳液掺量的增大而显著提高,当乳液掺量5%,采用IV型养护制度养护得到的高性能混凝土的抗冲击性能效果最好,在此试验条件下水泥的硬化和水性环氧树脂的固化达到了最佳结合点,韧性混凝土的抗冲击韧性增加到基准试验混凝土1.37倍;同时,掺加乳液的韧性混凝土具有良好的工作性。 The influences of low volume waterbome epoxy resin on dynamic ductility of high performance concrete were investigated by falling weight test.The study found that the dynamic ductility of concrete mixed with waterborne epoxy resin was obviously increased.The dynamic ductility effect was optimal when the quantities of waterborne epoxy resin was 5% and the curing systerm was the IV curing systerm, In this condition, cement hardening was optimaly combined with waterborne epoxy resin's solidification, the dynamic ductility of toughening concrete was 1.37 times than the ordinary concrete.In addition,the emulsion modified concrete had excellent fluidity and workability.
