摘要 以普通硅酸盐水泥为胶凝材料,使用粉煤灰替代部分水泥,利用化学发泡法制备干密度≤250 kg/m3的泡沫混凝土,系统地研究了十二烷基苯磺酸钠(A)、十二烷基硫酸钠(B)、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚(C)和聚丙烯酰胺(D)四种稳泡剂对浆体最大发泡体积比、发泡体积比和浆体稳定性的影响。结果表明:在水泥浆体中分别掺四种稳泡剂均能提高浆体的最大发泡体积比,但改善效果不同;分别掺四种稳泡剂均能有效地提高浆体的稳定性,但影响效果不同。选择适宜的稳泡剂对化学发泡法泡沫混凝土的质量稳定性非常重要。 It is preparation of foam concrete for dry apparent density at ≤250 kg/m3 by using chemical foaming, with Portland cement as the cement material, and the use of II fly ash replacing part of cement.The influence of foam stabilizing agent for four kinds of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (A), sodium dodecylsulfate (B), hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (C) and polyacrylamide (D) on maximum foam volume ratio, foam volume ratio and the slurry stability of foam concrete was studied.The results showed that four kinds of foam stabilizing agent all could improve maximum foam volume ratio of cement paste, but effect of improvement was different.Four kinds of foam stabilizing agent all could effectively improve the slurry stability of cement paste,hut effect of influence was different.Choice of the appropriate foam stabilizing agent was very important to quality stability of foam concrete by chemical foaming.
