摘要
介绍了京沪高铁南京南站北广场工程建设过程中,为缩短施工工期采用补偿收缩混凝土加膨胀加强带进行超长结构无缝施工技术。从原材料选择、钢筋配置、补偿收缩混凝土配合比设计、施工质量控制等方面采取技术措施,有效的控制了混凝土结构裂缝,加快了施工进度,保证了良好的工程质量。该工程的成功,表明科学的设计方案、良好的施工技术、优质的膨胀剂以及严格的施工与养护要求是可以解决地下室超长结构开裂的难题。
In order to shorten the construction period, with the ues of shrinkage-compensating concrete the long structure seamless construction technology in Nanjing south railway station of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway.From raw material selection,reinforced configurations, shrinkage-compensating concrete mix design, construction quality control and other aspects to take technical measures, we effectively controlled the concrete structure cracks, quicken the construction progress, and ensured good quality of the project.The success of the project showed that, scientific design, construction technology, high-quality expansion agent and strict construction and maintenance requirements could solve the problem of the basement long structure cracking.
