摘要
针对三维标测指导下房颤导管消融手术医生缺乏训练手段的问题,基于目前常用的三维标测CARTO房颤手术系统原理,进行了导管移动和打弯测量、力觉反馈、虚拟心脏仿真、虚拟消融导管及其交互操作过程中碰撞检测与处理方法的研究,提出并实现了房颤导管消融训练仿真系统。房颤手术专家试用后认为,该系统仿真逼真、沉浸感强、交互操作实时准确、信息感知真实,与真实手术操作基本一致,可以用于初级医生的手术训练和高级医生的术前病例熟知及操作演练。
Considering that the cure of atrial fibrillation (AF) by ablation catheter is the technique in high surgical risk and there are less means of actual surgical practice for interns, the method of measuring the blending , moving and rotating data of cathether , the force feedback, the virtual cardiac simulation, the virtual ablation catheter and the collision detection of virtual cardiac with ablation catheter were researched based on the principle of current CARTO AF operation system, and a virtual training simulation system of catheter ablation for atrial fibrillation was designed and implemented. Experts skilled in AF surgery was invited to evaluate the system by using it, and they claimed that it was a reality, immersion system. It could be used for catheter ablation of surgical training for interns and skilled doctors to improve the training process.
