An Overview on Low-Carbon Power System Planning and Operation Optimization

摘要 电力行业低碳化是应对全球气候变暖、实现我国社会经济可持续发展的关键,而合理有效的系统规划和运行方法,将是保证电力系统在安全稳定运行前提下实现高效碳减排的有力手段。作者力图在全面阐述低碳经济关键要素及其对电力系统规划运行影响的基础上,从系统规划和系统运行两个层面,建立完整的低碳经济模式下电力系统规划运行方法的整体研究框架,并对各重点研究方向进行概述和展望。 Low-carbon power sector is the key measure to cope with the challenge of global warming and implement sustainable socioeconomic development in China, and reasonable and effective power system planning and operation modes are powerful means to implement high efficient carbon emission reduction under the premise of secure and stable operation of power grids. On the basis of comprehensively expounding key elements of low-carbon economy and its influence on power system planning and operation, from the viewpoints of power system planning and power system operation an overall frame is established to research the methods for power system planning and operation under complete low-carbon economy, and the overview and prospects of key research directions are given.
