摘要 对智能电网的今后未来发展态势进行了深入分析研究,展示了基于智能电网平台的需求响应技术的发展前景与最终目标,并进行了预测。研究结果表明:未来开放互动阶段的智能电网将能够有利于需求响应技术的发展。应用博弈论的均衡理论来研究基于智能电网平台的电厂-电网-用户需求响应的博弈模型,探讨了完全信息下供需放宽时的需求响应均衡博弈问题,给出了需求响应博弈市场规则。 Based on the analysis on development tendency of smart grid in future, the development prospect and ultimate objective of demand response technology based on the platform of smart grid are predicted and revealed. Research results show that the open and interactive smart grid in future is favorable to the development of demand response technology. The game model of demand response among plants, power grid and power consumers based on the platform of smart grid is researched by equilibrium analysis in the game theory, and the game equilibrium of demand response under complete information is discussed while the restrictions to both power suppliers and power consumers are deregulated, and the market rules for the game of demand response are given.
