随着信息化的快速发展,网络资源的利用率在不断升高,高校开设网络课程就显得非常必要。全面了解高校网络课程的特点及发展现状是建设网络课程的基础,如何将高校网络课程建设与图书馆资源结合建立共享机制,是高校网络课程建设的重点。
