摘要
本试验旨在对饲料分级指数技术(GI2009)进行研究和应用,选择8种常见粗饲料原料,对其常规营养成分含量、可消化蛋白质含量、物理有效因子、产奶净能以及干物质随意采食量进行测定,然后根据GI2009公式得到几种粗饲料的GI2009值。结果表明:(1)分别按粗蛋白质、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维等含量对粗饲料的品质排序结果均不一致;(2)按GI2009评价粗饲料的品质从高到低依次是苜蓿、宁夏正鑫全株玉米青贮、宁夏海生全株玉米青贮、上海青贮、沈阳青贮、谷草、豌豆秧、稻草;(3)按GI2001评价粗饲料的品质从高到低依次是苜蓿、宁夏正鑫全株玉米青贮、宁夏海生全株玉米青贮、上海青贮、沈阳青贮、谷草、豌豆秧、稻草。由此可见,单一的指标不能准确评价粗饲料的营养品质,用GI2009评定粗饲料的品质与GI2001结果一致,8种粗饲料中,营养价值最高的是苜蓿,其次是青贮,最低的是稻草;GI2009能更科学合理地评定粗饲料的营养价值。
This test was conducted to study graded index (GI2009)technology and its application.Eight kinds of com- mon forages were selected to determine their conventional nutrient content,digestible crude protein (DCP), physical effec- tive factor(pef),net energy(NEL)and dry matter intake (DMI),Then use the formula of GI2009 to get the GI2009 values.The results show that: (1)According to the CP,neutral detergent fiber (NDF)and acide detergent fiber (ADF)contents,the roughage quality sorting results were inconsistent. (2)According to the quality evaluation of GI2009,the roughage quality from high to low in turn was alfalfa, the whole plant silage corn in ningxia zhengxin, the whole plant silage corn in ningxia- haisheng, silage corn in shanghai, silage corn in shenyang, millet straw, pea seedling, rice straw. (3)According to the quality evaluation of GI^01, the roughage quality from high to low in turn was alfalfa, the whole plant silage corn of ningxia zhengx- in,the whole plant silage corn of ningxia haisheng,silage corn in shanghai,silage corn in shenyang,millet straw,pea seedling, rice straw.The results indicated that, it was not exact to evaluate nutritive value of pasturage by single nutritive indicators,the result of the GI2009 and GI2001 was the same,the highest nutritional value in the eight kinds of roughage was alfalfa, the second was silage corn, the lowest was rice straw;GI2009 could be more scientific and reasonable for the quality evaluation of forage.
