空心板混凝土铰缝抗剪性能试验研究 被引量:47

摘要 为了研究空心板普通混凝土铰缝的抗剪性能,设计了测试铰缝抗剪性能的试验。对混凝土铰缝试件施加单调试验荷载,观察在剪力作用下试件受力全过程及破坏形态。试验表明,在试验加载作用下,设置抗剪钢筋的试件会在混凝土块和铰缝的结合面处开裂,而后抗剪钢筋屈服,试件破坏;抗剪钢筋不能提高混凝土铰缝开裂时的抗剪强度,但是试件开裂后能继续承受剪力,并提高铰缝的抗剪承载力。综合室内铰缝试件抗剪试验结果和相关文献研究成果的分析,建议了结合面光滑情况下的混凝土空心板铰缝抗剪强度和承载力的计算公式。 In order to research the shear performance of common concrete hinge joints in hollow slabs, the shear performance test of hinge joints is designed. The monotonic load is exerted on the concrete hinge joints to observe the loading process and the failure mode of the specimens under shear. The result shows that ( 1 ) the specimens with shear reinforcements cracked at the interface between concrete block and hinge joint under test loading, after that the shear reinforcements are yielded and the specimens are broken; (2) the shear reinforcements could not increase the shear strength of cracked concrete hinge joints, but it could still bear the shear after cracking and increase the shear capacity of the hinge joints. Based on the laboratory experiment results of the shear test on the hinge joint specimens and the analysis of relevant literature, the calculation formula for shear strength and bearing capacity of concrete hinge joints with smooth interface in hollow slabs are proposed.
