New type rural residence summer energy-saving effect analysis

摘要 针对当前农村住宅围护结构热工性能较差的问题,提出了在农村住宅围护结构中采用双保温空心苯板模块墙体结构。对新型农村住宅和普通农村住宅进行了实际测试,并用DeST-h进行模拟分析,探讨室内热环境的改善与节能效果。结果表明,新型农村住宅室内热环境状况得到明显改善,室内空气温度在垂直和水平方向均明显降低,节能率最高可达65.92%。 To target on the current problem of poor thermal insulation properties of rural residential building envelope, a wall structure with double insulation hollow polystyrene board module is proposed. Actual tests for new type rural residence and ordinary rural residence are achieved, and simulation analysis with DeST-h software is carried out, the indoor thermal environment improvement and energy saving effect are discussed. The results showed that the new type rural residential indoor thermal environment had been significantly improved; indoor air temperatures were significantly lower in both vertical and horizontal directions, the energy-saving rate was up to 65.92%.
