三相共筒式GIS局部放电检测的内置传感器研究 被引量:7

摘要 气体绝缘组合电器(GIS)局部放电检测对于保证其安全运行具有重要意义。为克服传统的局部放电检测传感器的缺点,在对三相共筒式GIS局部放电传感器研究的基础上,设计了一种内置蝶形天线传感器。理论计算和实测数据表明:所研制的蝶形天线内置传感器性能优异,在超高频(UHF)频段内频率响应特性好,满足三相共筒式GIS局部放电信号测量要求。最后,在实验室三相共筒式GIS模拟缺陷装置上,对内置蝶形天线传感器和外置微带型贴片传感器进行了局放测量的对比。 Partial discharge(PD) detection in gas insulated substraction(GIS)is very important to guarantee its safety and reliable operation.In order to overcome the disadvantage of traditional partial discharge detection sensor,a kind of bowtie antenna sensor on the basis of research on PD sensor in three-phase-common GIS is designed.Theoretical calculation and actual test data show that the bowtie antenna inner sensors has outstanding property,in UHF its frequency response property is very well,and can meet demands of PD detection in three-phase-common GIS.The PD test comparison of bowtie antenna sensor and outlay micro strip patch sensor is carried out in device of imitation defect.
