消斑Ⅰ号对外阴营养不良P21蛋白表达调控研究

Study on Regulation of Xiaoban No.1 on Expression of P21 in Vulvar Dystrophy

目的:探讨消斑Ⅰ号对外阴营养不良患者P21蛋白表达的调控作用。方法:取30例外阴营养不良患者皮损表皮细胞和10例正常人表皮细胞,采用免疫组织化学方法检测其中P21蛋白的表达情况,并与消斑Ⅰ号治疗后P21蛋白在各型外阴营养不良中的表达进行比较。结果:各型外阴营养不良患者治疗前P21蛋白表达高于正常组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。经治疗后,增生组、萎缩组、混合组P21表达降低,与治疗前比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:消斑Ⅰ号能显著改善临床症状,并通过降低皮损表皮细胞P21的阳性表达率达到治疗作用。

Objective ：To explore the regulation of Xiaoban No. 1 on the expression of P21 in vulvar dystrophy. Methods ：To explore the expression of P21 with immunity histochemical method,30 patients with skin of vulvar dystrophy and epidermal cells of 10 normal persons were taken. And the expression of P21 was measured before and after treating with Xiaoban No. 1. Results：The expressions of P21 in the normal skin group and vulvar dystrophy groups before treatment were significantly different（P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment with Xiaoban No. 1, expressions of P21 of hyperplasia group, atrophy group and mixed group decreased,there was difference compared with that of prior treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Xiaoban No. 1 can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and achieve the therapeutical effect through decreasing the expression of P21.
