提壶揭盖法治疗原发性肝癌腹水的临床观察

Observation on Treating Ascites in Primary Liver Carcinoma by Lifting Kettle and Uncovering

目的:观察提壶揭盖法治疗原发性肝癌腹水的临床疗效。方法:将57例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中对照组27例,采用西医常规治疗;治疗组30例,用提壶揭盖法治疗,即加用宣肺利水之苏叶、桔梗、杏仁入常规中药方剂中,观察其临床疗效。结果:治疗2个月后,治疗组在改善症状、提高24h尿量、减低腹水复发率、改善生活质量等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:提壶揭盖法联合中药治疗原发性肝癌腹水能促进腹水消退,改善患者生活质量,改善症状,降低腹水复发率。

Objective ： To observe the clinical effect on ascites in primary liver carcinoma by TCM method of lifting kettle and uncovering. Method ：57 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,while 27cases in the control group were given the regular western remedy, and the other 30 cases in the treatment group dealt with the method of lifting kettle and uncovering. Some Chinese herbs, such as Suye, Jiegen, and Xinren, were added into the regular Chinese formula to promote lung qi and eliminate water. And then the effect was made into observation. Results：After two months, better effects were achieved in the treatment group, including reducing symptoms and recurrence of ascites as well as improving the urine in 24hs and living quality. Conclusion：Method of lifting kettle and uncovering .together with Chinese herbs can reduce the symptoms of ascites effectively, improve the patients＇living quality, and lower the recurrence of ascites.
