身痛逐瘀汤治疗骨伤科术后非感染性发热临床观察

Clinical Observation on Shentong Zhuyu Decoction in Treatment of Non-infectious Fever after Orthopedic Surgery

目的:观察身痛逐瘀汤对骨伤科术后非感染性发热的疗效。方法:选择62例骨伤科术后非感染性发热患者,随机分层分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组(31例)除采用和对照组(31例)相同的预防感染等治疗措施外,口服身痛逐瘀汤7天。观察两组治疗前后体温变化的差异,并结合血瘀证的临床症状、体征评定量表进行疗效评价。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组为77.4%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:身痛逐瘀汤对于骨伤科术后非感染性发热具有较好的疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Sbentong Zhuyu Decoction for non - infectious fever patients who underwent orthopedic surgeries. Methods ： 62 cases of non - infectious fever patients who underwent orthopedic surgeries were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 31 ） and control group（ n = 31 ）. Besides preventive measures from infection, the treatment group added Shentong Zhuyu Decoction 7 days, then the curative effect evaluation from the different body temperature of two groups was made ,combining with the clinical symptoms and signs measurement scale of blood - stasis symptom - complex（BSSC）. Results ： The total efficacy rate of treatment group was 96.7% , and of the control group was 77.4%, the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Shentong Zhuyu Decoction has a better therapeutic effect for non - infectious fever patients who underwent orthopedic surgeries.
