化瘀接骨汤加减治疗Colles骨折愈合的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Huayu Jiegu Decoction in Treatment of Colles Fracture Healing

目的:观察口服中药分期治疗对30例Colles骨折愈合的临床效果。方法:将所有Colles骨折患者共60例随机分为两组,其中对照组病初2周给予云南白药胶囊口服,2周后给予仙灵骨葆胶囊口服;治疗组病初2周给予中药自拟方化瘀接骨汤加减口服,2周后给予中药自拟方补肾续骨汤加减口服,两组疗程均为6周,疗程结束后观察疗效。结果:两组治疗后在X线骨痂愈合评分及后肿痛消失时间、骨折愈合时间方面与对照组比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组的总有效率为100%,对照组总有效率为73.3%,两组比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:采用中药分期治疗骨折临床效果较好,能有效促进骨折愈合,且无明显不良反应,可以长期应用,是促进骨折愈合的理想方法。

Objective： To observe the oral medicine installments clinical effect of treatment of 30 patients with Colles fracture healing. Methods： All patients with Colles fracture of 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given Yunnan Baiyao capsules orally during early two weeks, two weeks later Xianlinggubao capsule was given. The treatment group was given self- made Huayu Jiegu Decoction during early two weeks, and two weeks later, Bushen Xugu Decoction was given. The treatment course was 6 weeks and the effect was observed. Results： After treatment, X -ray callus healing score and the swelling and pain disappeared time, fracture healing time in treatment group compared with those in control group, there was a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05）, the treatment group total effective rate was 100% and in control the total effective rate was 73.3%, and the two groups had significant differences （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The herbal staging treatment has better effect on fracture, can effectively promote fracture healing, with no significant side effects. It can be applied for a long- term and it is the ideal way to promote fracture healing.
