产后肛肠功能障碍诊断及康复治疗进展 被引量：4

摘要 肛肠功能障碍主要是指由结构性异常（肛门括约肌断裂引起的肛门失禁或直肠脱垂）或功能性异常（如便秘或肠易激综合征）或者由两者共同引起的结直肠疾病[1].除了极少数人是先天性盆底缺陷,大多数是由于骨盆底部支持结构受损以及肛门内、外括约肌（Ⅲ度和Ⅳ度会阴撕裂常见）的解剖结构的改变,从而肛门括约肌对排便控便能力的降低所致,而妊娠和分娩是重要的诱因之一,常见的还有肥胖、老年等因素.治疗方法主要包括手术治疗和非手术治疗,目前大多数研究报道的是各种手术治疗方法,对于非手术治疗报道较少,应用盆底康复技术治疗肛肠功能障碍的文献罕见.本文拟对肛肠能障碍的康复治疗进展作一综述.
