嗅鞘细胞移植对脊髓损伤后神经再生和功能恢复的作用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨脊髓损伤后不同时期植入嗅鞘细胞对轴突再生、穿过瘢痕和神经功能恢复的作用。方法用Allen法制造Wistar大鼠的脊髓损伤模型,在伤后即刻和2周后植入嗅鞘细胞,采用BBB方法观察3个月,经运动皮层注入神经示踪剂后行组织化学观察。结果部分大鼠嗅鞘细胞植入后神经功能恢复优于对照组,神经功能恢复较好(BBB>10)的大鼠组织学发现再生神经轴突可以穿过损伤瘢痕区到达脊髓损伤的下段。结论脊髓损伤后即刻和2周后植入嗅鞘细胞均有助于轴突再生、穿过瘢痕和神经功能的恢复。
