心力衰竭的分子靶向治疗进展 被引量：1

摘要 心力衰竭（简称心衰）是一个不可治愈的疾病，本文主要在细胞内信号通路水平上讨论近二十年内心衰研究的最新进展及相应的分子靶向治疗，包括针对胞内蛋白的靶向治疗、基因治疗修复缺陷酶、干细胞取代治疗等。
