摘要
加氢除炔技术是回收丁二烯的有效方法。介绍了国内外碳四馏分中炔烃加氢回收丁二烯技术的发展概况,分别阐述了前加氢工艺和后加氢工艺的工艺流程,对贵金属催化剂和非贵金属催化剂的性能及特点进行了论述,详细分析了两类催化剂的优缺点,并提出了改善加氢除炔催化剂性能的研究思路和途径,对今后的研究和发展方向进行了展望。
The selective hydrogenation of C4 fraction to remove alkynes is one of the most effective routes for recovery of 1,3-butadiene. The development of selective hydrogenation technology of alkynes in C4 fraction to recover 1,3-butadiene at home and abroad was reviewed. The process flow of hydrogenation technologies,including front-end hydrogenation and post hydrotreatment, were expounded. The properties and characteristics of noble metal and non-noble metal catalysts and their advantages and disadvantages were discussed in detail. The new research ideas of and approaches to improving the performance of the cat- alysts for selective hydrogenation of alkynes were put forward. The research direction in future are outlined.
