目标管理法在疗养院护理管理中的应用研究

Application study on management by objectives to nursing management at sanatorium

目的探讨目标管理法在军队疗养院护理管理中的应用效果。方法借鉴企业管理中常用的目标管理的理念,制定出符合疗养院护理管理的模式,以自我管理为主,护理部和护士长监督指导为辅,利用相关调查问卷,采取回顾性研究的方法,对比各项护理工作效果。结果实施1年后,全院护士总满意度较之前明显提高(P=0.000),全院护士工作满足感明显增强(P=0.001),各护理单元综合绩效考评总分明显提高(P=0.002),差异具有统计学意义。结论实施目标管理法能有效提高护理人员满意度,提高护理工作质量,效果明显,值得推广。

Objective To probe into the application effect of management by objectives to nursing management at military sanatori- um.Methods The idea of management by objectives commonly adopted in business administration was borrowed to formulate a mode of nursing management for sanatorium.Self-management was principal, nursing department and head nurse supervising was affiliated, re- lated questionnaires were made,and retrospective study method was adopted to compare each nursing item effect.Results After one year of implementation, the total satisfaction degree of all nurses clearly improved（P = 0.000）, the job satisfaction of all nurses clearly enhanced（F = 0.001）, the total score of comprehensive performance appraisal of each nursing unit clearly increased（P = 0.002）, and the differences were of statistical significance.Gonclusion Management by objectives can effectively increase the satisfaction degree of the nurses and the nursing job quality with clear effects, which is worth promotion.
