摘要
笔者结合吸附剂的吸附原理,搭建了吸附剂试验平台,设计了试验流程,完成了大量试验,旨在探索设备中吸附剂对气体分解产物定量检测结果的影响。文中主要研究了吸附剂对分解产物的吸附影响,通过试验研究,确定了影响SF6电气设备中分解产物检测结果的主要因素,包括容器材质、吸附剂种类、吸附剂用量、吸附剂安装位置等,并比较了相同条件下各种气体分解产物的吸附速率。文中结论对通过分解产物检测判断开关设备运行状况有重要指导意义。
According to the adsorption mechanism of adsorbents, the authors built an adsorption test bed, designed test procedure, and conducted a large number of tests to investigate the effects of adsorbents on the quantitative detection of SF6 decomposition products in SF6 equipment. Based on the test data, the authors determined the main factors influencing the detection of SF6 decomposition products, including container material, adsorbent type, dosage and location of adsorbent, etc. They also compared adsorption rates among different decomposition products in same conditions. This study may be helpful to the fault diagnosis of HV gas insulated switchgears via detection of SF6 decomposition products.
