SF_6断路器中润滑脂过量引起的分解产物分析 被引量:3

摘要 对SF6电气设备检测时发现某126 kV断路器CO气体组分体积分数异常,根据分析,该断路器存在潜伏性故障。通过化学分析以及实验研究对可能产生CO的来源进行了分析,并对断路器进行解体检查,最终判断该断路器潜伏性故障产生的原因为润滑脂过量。笔者通过化学反应机理分析了润滑脂涂敷过量对断路器运行特性及SF6气体分解组分的影响。 An abnormal level of CO gas was detected in a 126 kV SF6 circuit breaker when it was being tested. According to the analysis, potential fault has occurred in this circuit breaker. After chemical analysis and experimental research on the source of the CO gas, we disintegrated the circuit breaker in order to check it. Finally we come to conclusion that the fauk was caused by the excessive scrlbbIing of lubricating grease. The paper analyses the lubricating grease's influence on the operating characteristics of circuit breaker and the decomposition products of SF6.
