摘要
笔者对自动调谐消弧线圈的发展现状及存在的问题进行了研究和分析,针对2.2 kV.A/220 V的调容式消弧线圈及其2 kvar的电容调节柜,设计了基于TMS320F2812控制可控硅投切电容器的调容式消弧线圈,并阐明了其工作原理以及硬件和软件设计方案。结果表明,调容式自动跟踪消弧补偿系统能实现电容电流的在线测量,电网运行状态的自动识别和对地电容电流的完全补偿等功能,达到了电网电容电流自动补偿的要求;同时完成了LCD128×64显示模块实时参数的人机交互界面。经试验得出调容试消弧线圈各级补偿电流实际值,并与理论值进行比较且分析了误差原因。所以,该装置具有调谐速度快,范围宽,可靠性高,对电网无谐波污染,具有良好的应用前景。
A capacitance-adjustable arc suppression coil is designed based on TMS320F2812 regulated controlled-silicon switching capacitors for the 2.2 kV'A/220 V capacity-adjustable arc suppression coil and 2 kvar capacitance regulating cabinet, and experimental verification is carried out in laboratory. The working principle and the hardware and software design scheme of the coil are illustrated. The result suggests that the capacitance-adjustable automatically tracking arc-suppression compensation device can realize on-line measurement of capacitive current of power grid. Its functions, such as automatic recognition of operating condition of power gird and complete compensation for earthing capacitive current, fulfill the qualifications for automatic compensation of power grid capacitive current. Furthermore, a 2 kvar capacitance regulating cabinet is designed based on bidirectional controlled-silicon switching capacitor. Moreover, a human-computer interface for displaying real-time parameters of LCD128 ×64 module is designed. The real compensation currents of the arc suppression coil at all levels are obtained experimentally, and are compared with the theoretical ones with an error analysis. The proposed arc-suppression compensation device has the merits of rapid tuning, wide range, high reliability and no harmonic pollution.
