摘要
在加工薄壁型活塞缸时,因其精度等级要求严格,加工过程中容易发生应力变形,所以加工这类零件的难度一般比较大。笔者对活塞缸的加工工艺做了重点研究,通过合理制定重要面加工路线,细化机加工和热处理工艺,及设计磨削夹具等措施来保证零件的加工质量。零件加工完后经全方位检测,各项尺寸、形位公差及表面粗糙度完全符合图样的要求,较好的保证了零件的加工质量。
Stress induced deformation often happens in machining the thin-walled piston cylinder for vacuum casting line of epoxy resin, which results in difficulty in machining this type of parts. The author analyzed the machining process of piston cylinder, designed machining route of important surface, refined the machining and heat treatment processes, and designed grinding clamp. As a result, the measurements of the machined piston cylinder's size, shape and position tolerances, and surface roughness met the requirements in the drawings, thus the machining quality of the parts is guaranteed.
