A Review of Researches on Temporary Organizations and Future Prospects

摘要 作为现代社会中一种普遍而重要的组织形式,临时性组织受到众多领域研究者的关注。本文分析了临时性组织的内涵,介绍了临时性组织的类型,并从封闭和开放两个视角对现有的临时性组织相关研究进行了梳理与评析,最后对未来研究方向进行了展望。 As a common and important organization mode in modern society, temporary organiza- tions (TOs) have attracted attention from management scholars in different fields. This paper analyzes the connotation of TOs, introduces the types of TOs, and sorts out existing researches on TOs from the close and open angles. Finally,it advances the directions in future researches.
