摘要
草苁蓉花序经提取、分级、纯化可得总糖含量为 89.2 %的均一多糖BJⅡa,BJⅡa经I·R ,G·C ,部分酸水解 ,高碘酸氧化 ,Smith降解 ,甲基化及其产物的质谱分析表明BJⅡa为多分枝结构 ,每 10个单糖残基为一个重复单元 ,主链由 2个GLc和 2Fuc以 1 2糖苷链相连 ,支链由GLc( 1 3) ,Fuc( 1 2 )组成 ,在Glc的 0 - 6位和Fuc的 0 -
The BJⅡ a contains polyaccharide 89.2% through it had been extracted.fractionated and purified.By means of I· R,G· C,partial hydrolysis,periodate oxidation,smith degradation and theiv prodnct analysis in G· C— M· S show that BJⅡ a have many branehes,its basic structure consists 10 suger residues.The main cnain composed of two Glc and two Fuc of (12)linked suyers residues. The side chains are composed of (13)linked Glc,(12)linked Fuc suger residues,attached to 0-6 of alc snd 0-4 of Fuc in the main chain.
