草苁蓉多糖BJⅡa结构的质谱分析 被引量:3

摘要 草苁蓉花序经提取、分级、纯化可得总糖含量为 89.2 %的均一多糖BJⅡa,BJⅡa经I·R ,G·C ,部分酸水解 ,高碘酸氧化 ,Smith降解 ,甲基化及其产物的质谱分析表明BJⅡa为多分枝结构 ,每 10个单糖残基为一个重复单元 ,主链由 2个GLc和 2Fuc以 1 2糖苷链相连 ,支链由GLc( 1 3) ,Fuc( 1 2 )组成 ,在Glc的 0 - 6位和Fuc的 0 - The BJⅡ a contains polyaccharide 89.2% through it had been extracted.fractionated and purified.By means of I· R,G· C,partial hydrolysis,periodate oxidation,smith degradation and theiv prodnct analysis in G· C— M· S show that BJⅡ a have many branehes,its basic structure consists 10 suger residues.The main cnain composed of two Glc and two Fuc of (12)linked suyers residues. The side chains are composed of (13)linked Glc,(12)linked Fuc suger residues,attached to 0-6 of alc snd 0-4 of Fuc in the main chain.
