摘要
以不套袋果实为对照,研究了套袋短枝红富士贮藏期间主要品质指标的变化规律。结果表明:套袋果与不套袋果具有相同的变化趋势,套袋果变化幅度较不套袋果明显;贮藏后期套袋果较不套袋果可滴定酸含量降低幅度小,可溶性固形物含量降低幅度稍大。
Changes of the main indexes of fruit quality of the bagged Red Fuji Spur apple cultivar during storage were studied. Results showed they had the same changing trend as that of the unbagged fruit, but their changes were severer. During the late period of storage, the content of titratable acids in the bagged fruit was much higher than that of the unbagged ones,while the content of soluble solids was much lower.
