摘要
秦美猕猴桃花期不授粉,果实于花后5-20 d全部脱落。不授粉,但花前 CPPU处理,果实可延迟5 d脱落,维持16.7%的果不落,但果实于花后5 d起停止发育。花后 5- 10 d未授粉果 ZRs。GAl+3含量低于对照,但ABA水平高于对照。花后20 d CPPU处理果实显著增大,对内源激素水平影响不大。处理后20 d内 ZRs、DHZR升高,处理后5 d IAA、 GAI+ 3下降, 10 d后上升。 ABA水平在花后60- 100 d降低,采前升高。对种子、内源激素在果实发育中的作用进行了讨论。
All the fruits of 'Qinmei' (Actinidia deliciosa C. F. Liang et A. R. Ferguson)fell 5 - 20 d after full blossom(AFB) when pollination was prevented by bagging the flowers Mire anthesis. The application of CPPU delayed the fruit abscission for 5 d and 16. 7% fruit-set rate was obtained. But the retained fruit stopped enlargement 5 d AFB. The level of ZRs and GAl+3 in unpollinated fruit was lower during 5- 10 d AFB and ABA higher. The size of in treated with CPPU at 20 d AFB was significantly bigger compared with that of control. But the level of endogenous hormones did not change remarkably. ZRs and DHZR was higher within 20 d after treatment.The content of IAA and GA1+3 was down first and up 5 d later. ABA content was lower during 60- 100 d AFB and higher before harvest. The role of seeds and hormones in fruit development was discussed.
