近年来，随着电动车在我国迅速发展，保有量的持续增加。电动车出行作为交通出行方式的一种．对于城市交通资源的影响程度已经越来越大。通过文献查阅与数据调查．本文从现实角度与数据角度分析电动车出行与否对于城市交通所产生的影响。并提出针对这些影响应该采取的一些措施。

As the developing of E-bike in china. More and more E-bikes have been ridden on the road. And those E-bikes have formed a real big traffic stream which can cause even bigger effect to the road system. Through the time-spatial resources analysis of E-bike. We try to find how the E-bike can affect the road system. And try to find out a way to solve the problem of E-bikes.
