摘要
用正交试验结果作方差分析表明 :提取时间、提取次数、提取温度及溶剂体积对柏木叶多醣的提取均有显著影响 ,醇析作用分离未见多醣的得率与乙醇体积分数相关 ,当乙醇体积为 60 %～ 70 %时 ,粗品多醣的含量达到最大值 4 .0 8%
Square difference analysis on results from positive cross test indicated that time, frequency, temperature of extracting and volume of solvent significantly influenced polysaccharide extracting from cypress leaves Isolating with alcoholization showed no relationship between extracted polysaccharide and colunm fraction of alcohol content of crude polysaccharide reached a maximum of 4 08%, when the volume of ethanol add up to 60%～70%
