门冬氨酸鸟氨酸治疗重型病毒性肝炎的临床研究

Clinical study of ornithine aspartate in the treatment of severe viral hepatitis

目的探讨门冬氨酸鸟氨酸在治疗重型病毒性肝炎中的作用及疗效。方法将88例重型病毒性肝炎患者随机分为治疗组48例和对照组40例。对照组仅予以保肝、支持等综合治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用门冬氨酸鸟氨酸静脉滴注治疗,2组均以4周为1个疗程。比较2组治疗前、后肝功能指标的变化以及主要并发症发生率、出院存活率。结果治疗组治疗后肝功能指标优于对照组;主要并发症发生率为72.9%(35/48),低于对照组的90.0%(36/40);出院存活率为87.5%(42/48),高于对照组的50.0%(20/40),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论门冬氨酸鸟氨酸能广泛应用于治疗重型病毒性肝炎,保护肝细胞,促进肝功能恢复。

Objective To explore the effect and efficacy of ornithine aspartate in the treatment of severe viral hepatitis. Methods 88 cases of patients with severe viral hepatitis were randomly divided into treatment group （48 cases） and control group （40 cases） . The patients in the control group were treated by comprehensive treatment,included protecting the liver, supportive therapy and etc. On the basis of comprehensive treatment,The patients in the treatment group were treated by ornithine aspartate. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. Before and after treatment,the liver function indicators,incidence of major complications and survival rate to hospital discharge of 2 groups were compared. Results The liver function of the treatment group was better than that of the control group; the incidence of major complications were 72. 9% （35/48） in treatment group,which was lower than 90% （36/40） in the control group; the survival rate to hospital discharge were 87. 5% （42 /48） in the treatment group,which was higher than 50% （20 /40） in the control group,so the differences of 2 groups were statistically significant （P ＆lt; 0. 05,P ＆lt; 0. 01） . Conclusion Ornithine aspartate can be widely used in the treatment of severe viral hepatitis for protecting the liver cells and promoting the hepatocytes recovery.
