2012年新疆巴州人民医院药物咨询830例调查与分析

Survey and analysis of 830 cases of medicine consultation in Bazhou People's Hospital in Xinjiang in 2012

目的通过对该院药物咨询工作的分析,以提高该院药学服务工作的质量,促进合理用药。方法对该院2012年830例药物咨询情况,按照用药咨询对象、年龄、药物类别及药物咨询的内容进行回顾性统计与分析。结果 830例药物咨询者中,咨询年龄以51～65岁居多,咨询对象以患者及其家属为主,咨询内容以用药疗程、用法、用量、用药期间的注意事项及药物与饮食之间的关系为主。结论有效的药物咨询服务工作,是促进患者安全、有效、合理用药的有效途径,并有利于增进医患关系的沟通,提高药学服务水平。

Objective To improve the quality of pharmaceutical care and promote the rational use of drugs through the analysis of drug consultation work of the hospital. Methods 830 cases of drug consultation condition of our hospital were analyzed retrospectively,according to consulting object,age,drug category and the content of drug consultation. Results In 830 cases of drug counseling,Consulting age with 51 to 65 years old was the most,patients and their families were the main consulting object,the treatment duration,usage,dosage,Matters needing attention during the administration of drugs and the relationship between drug and diet were the main consultation content. conclusion Effective drugs consultation service is effective ways to promote safe,effective,rational drug use,and can enhance the doctor-patient communication and improve the level of pharmaceutical service .
