摘要
目的探讨质量管理循环程序(PDCA)在实习生外科临床技能培训中的应用价值。方法对2008级162名本科实习生的外科临床技能培训的模式进行改革,实习结束后评价、比较PDCA循环教学模式与传统教学模式的教学效果。结果 PDCA循环教学模式下学生的考核成绩优于传统教学模式下学生的成绩(P<0.05)。结论在临床技能培训中实施PDCA循环法管理,有利于培养学生临床实践的应对能力,并能持续改进技能培训的教学质量,使外科临床技能培训的教学管理逐步走上规范化、制度化和科学化的轨道。
Objective To explore the application value of plan-do-check-action(PDCA) circulation method in the management of surgery clinical skills teaching. Methods Total 162 medical students of grade 2008 received PDCA circulation teaching method,and the efficacies of PDCA circulation method and traditional method were assessed and compared. Results The students’ performance in PDCA circulation group was better than that in the traditional group (P &lt; 0. 05) . Conclusion The application of PDCA circulation method in the management of surgery clinical skills teaching is proved to be helpful for training the response ability of students in clinical practice and continuous improvement the quality of urgery clinical skills teaching,thus leading to more standardized,institutionalized and scientific management.
