异位妊娠保守治疗的临床观察及护理

The Efficacy and Nursing of the Conservative Medical Treatment for Patients with Ectopic Pregnancy

目的:探讨异位妊娠保守治疗疗的疗效与护理。方法:选取笔者所在医院妇产科收治的200例药物保守治疗的异位妊娠患者,分为疗成功组与失败组,比较两组间的差异。结果:两组患者停经天数经,入院血hCG值和入院B超检查包块直径均有统计学差异。结论:选择药物保守治疗异位妊娠应遵循循证医学,配合严密的护理有助于提高治疗效果。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy and nursing of the conservative treatment for patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods： 200 cases of patients with ectopie pregnancy were treated with the conservative treatment and were divided into the treatment success group and failure group, the differences between the two groups were compared.Results： The decline clays of menopause, and the hCG value and the admission mass diameter by B-ultrasound examination were statistically significant between the two groups.Conclusion： The conservative medical treatment for patients with ectoplc pregnancy should follow evidence- based medicine and nursing care also showed an importmant role in the treatment.
