覆膜支架在治疗晚期食管癌中的临床应用观察

Observation of Clinical Application on Advanced Esophageal Cancer with Coated Stents

目的:探讨覆膜支架在治疗晚期食管癌中的临床疗效。方法:58例患者在X线透视监视下,利用导丝导管等器械结合造影检查,明确病变部位,置入自膨式支架。结果:58例手术全部一次性取得成功,术后患者吞咽困难症状均有明显改善。结论:覆膜支架的植入在改善晚期食管癌患者的进食困难症状方面效果显著。

Objective： To explore tectorial steut clinical application, and summarize the curative effect in the treatment of advanced esophageal carcinoma patients.Methods： By utilizing guide wire, catheter and angiography, the lesion locations all the 58 eases were identifided and placed the self-expanding stent under the surveillance of the X-ray.Results： 58 cases operations were successful completed in one time.The dysphagia was markedly lessened after the stent implantation.Conclusion： Treatment with rectorial stents insertion for advanced esophageal carcinoma is effective especially in ameliorating dysphagia.
