随着高等学校迈向国际化趋势日益扩大,高校外事接待工作变得尤为重要。本文主要从高校外事接待应坚持的原则、外事接待的三大阶段、外事接待中的涉外礼仪以及如何提高外事接待的质量四方面来探讨当代高校外事接待的内涵,旨在国际交流中树立良好的高校形象,实现高校外事工作的科学有序的发展。

With the increasing strengthening of internationalization trend of colleges, foreign affaires activities of colleges become significant. The paper mainly discusses the connotation of contemporary foreign affaires activities of colleges from four aspects, such as the principles that should be adhered to, three stages of foreign affaires activities, the international etiquette of foreign affaires activities and the improvement of the quality of foreign affaires activities. The paper aims at helping colleges establish good images in international exchanges and realize scientific and ordered development of foreign affaires work of colleges.
