民办高职双师型教师培养培训的模式探析

Exploration on the Cultivation and Training Mode of Double-Teacher Type Teaching Body in Private Higher Vocational Colleges

在我国民办高职教育由于若干原因存在先天的不足,通过加大对"双师型"教师队伍的培养培训,提升其教学水平,进而提升民办高职在整个高等教育中的竞争力,才能获得长足的发展。本文在阐述当前民办高职"双师型"教师队伍培养培训现状与存在问题的基础上,探讨如何建立有效的民办高职"双师型"教师队伍培养培训模式,以期为民办高职提升教学水平与办学能力提供有益借鉴。

In our country＇s private higher vocational colleges, due to several reasons, the education is congenitally deficient. Through strengthening the cultivation and training of＂double-teacher type＂ teaching body and improving the teaching level so as to improve private higher vocational colleges＇ competitiveness in the whole higher education, the higher vocational education can obtain great development. Based on the elaboration of the status of the cultivation and training of＂double-teaeher type＂ teaching body and the problems in private higher vocational colleges at present, the paper discusses how to establish an effective cultivation and training mode of＂double-teacher type＂ teaching body, hoping to provide some useful references for improving the teaching level and school-running capability of private higher vocational colleges.
