青少年(特别是大学生)是祖国的未来,培养新型的、适应当今社会科技和发展的,具有崇高道德水平的社会主义新人是我国建设宏大人才队伍的一项重要任务。本文从实际出发,阐述了儒家传统道德思想对大学生思政教育的意义和可以借鉴的内容,探讨了如何把儒家思想精华应用到大学生道德建设中,以为国家培养新一代跨世纪的社会主义新人奠定理论基础和提供实践指导。

Adolescents （especially university students） are the future of our motherland, so training new socialist talents that adapt to the current science and technology development of the society and have lofty moral level is an important task for our country to construct a huge talent team. Starting with the practices, the paper expounds the significances of the traditional Confucian moral thoughts for university students and the contents they can use for references and discusses how to apply the essence of Confueianism into college students＇ moral construction so as to lay a theoretical foundation and provide practical guidance for our country to cultivate a new generation of cross-century socialist talents.
