摘要
本文通过对模拟训练的定义、种类,以及运动员赛前状态的描述,结合模拟训练的方法与特点,使得运动员在日常训练中模拟重大的比赛,让心理得到特殊的适应过程,从而使运动员在比赛中充分发挥运动水平。
This paper makes some descriptions of the definition and types of simulated training and athletes' state before the competitions and combines the methods and features of simulated training to make athletes simulate major competitions in daily trainings and make their mentality get special adaptation so as to make them give full play to sports level.
