The paper expounded the whole constitution of HXD1C locomotive driving position and the technical optimization and the improvement of the assembling under the driving position. Through the technical improvement of the pre-assembly under the cars of the driving position, the operational contents on the cars and under the cars are determined and the technological process were improved and optimized. We got the improvement of the technology and the increase of the production efficiency and ensured the production quality of locomotives.
