摘要
文章以23位青少年学生为研究被试,采用实验法、数理统计等方法,对排舞练习与青少年情绪状态的关系进行研究。结果表明:在经过一个学期的排舞练习后,被试学生在"积极的幸福感"维度上,差异达到了非常显著的水平(p<0.01),在"心理烦恼"和"疲劳"的维度上,差异达到了显著的水平(p<0.05)。认为:排舞练习有助于改善青少年学生的情绪状态。
This paper taking 23 teenagers as the research objects and adopting the methods of experimantation and mathematical statistics, the paper made a study on the relationship between dancing practices and teenagers' emotional states. The results showed that: through a semester of dancing practices, the examinee students' differences reached a remarkable level in the dimension of "positive happiness" ( p 〈0.01 ), and also in the dimension of "psychological distress" and "fatigue" (p 〈0.05 ). Therefore, we drew a conclusion that dancing practices is helpful for improving teenagers' emotional states.
