易班班级建设对行政班事务管理和班级文化建设的作用研究

Study on the Roles of E-class's Class Construction in Administrative Classes' Affair Management and Classes' Cultural Construction

易班是上海市教委牵头开发并在全国高校中推广的一种实名互动平台,提供了SNS、博客、微博等Web2.0应用。并可将班级事务的管理嵌入其中,班级的管理者可以通过该平台实现学生日常教育管理事务工作的信息化、网络化。本文旨在分析易班的网络功能,并根据高校行政班的班级管理的性质分析易班班级建设对行政班班级建设和事务管理的作用。

E-class is a real-name interactive platform which is firstly developed by Shanghai Municipal Education Committee and is promoted in all universities of the country. It provides Web2.0 applications of SNS, blogs and micro-blogs and so on. And it can be combined with the management of class affairs and the administrators of classes can realize the informatization and networking of students＇ routine educational administration through the platform. The paper aims at analyzing the network functions of E-class and analyzing the roles of E-class＇s construction in the administrative class construction and affair management according to the property of the class management in colleges＇ administrative classes.
