摘要
目前很多高职院校在管理体制上实行院系二级管理模式,学生工作在这一模式下很好地发挥了教育、管理与服务的功能,提高了管理的效果和效率。但是,如何充分利用考核评价来调动系部学生工作的积极性和主动性仍面临着一些挑战。本文以柳州城市职业学院为例分析院系学生工作考核评价体系的基本做法和在提高人才培养方面的作用。
At present, many higher vocational colleges carry out the two-level management mode of departments in management system and student work has been gave full play to the functions of education, management and services under the mode and at the same time its effect and efficiency of management has been improved. But how to make full use of the evaluation system to mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of departments' student work still has some challenges. The paper takes Liuzhou City Vocational College as an example to analyze the basic methods of student work's assessment system and the roles in the improvement of talent training.
