My View on the Work of College Counselors

大学生辅导员作为高校思想政治教育的骨干力量,他们充当了学生们的引路人、指导管理者、知心朋友这三种角色,他们的一言一行都备受学生们的关注,那么辅导员要学会不断协调并正确转化自己的角色。本文笔者首先阐述了对大学生辅导员的认识,进而分析了大学生辅导员应具备的素质要求,为了推进辅导员的工作,本文最后提出了大学生辅导员应掌握的工作方法。

College counselors as the backbone of ideological and political education are the guide, guiding managers and close fiiends of students. Their words and deeds are highly concerned by their students, so counselors need to learn to continuously coordinate and correctly transform their roles. This paper first describes the author＇s understanding on college students＇ counselors, and then analyzes the qualities that counselors should possess. In order to promote the work of counselors, the paper finally puts forward the working methods that counselors should grasp.
