On Cooperated Innovation of Talent Cultivation Mode to Push on Sustainable Development of Higher Vocational Education

通过对高职院校人才培养模式改革存在的问题进行分析,得出初步结论——协同创新机制缺失是制约人才培养模式改革的主要问题,进而提出人才培养模式改革五方面的协同创新工作思路。

The paper analyzes the problems of talent cultivation modes that exist in the process of vocational education reform and argues that the lack of cooperated innovation system is the root of the problems. The author provides from five aspects the route to the cooperated innovation of talent cultivation modes.
