内地高校新疆少数民族大学生教育管理的思考——基于文化适应视角

Thoughts on Educational Management of Minority College Students in Universities of the Interior of China ——From View of Acculturation

内地高校积极招收新疆少数民族大学生是贯彻落实中央新疆工作座谈会和全国对口支援新疆工作会议精神的具体举措,也是促进新疆跨越式发展和长治久安的一项基础工程和民生工程。由于新疆地处边远地区且受宗教文化的影响,少数民族文化与内地文化具有较大的差异。少数民族大学生进入内地高校后的文化中断,使得文化适应成为他们学习与生活中不可回避的重要问题。因此,积极探索文化适应策略并加以实施,将会有益于新疆少数民族大学生的教育管理。

The students who are enrolled into the colleges and universities of the interior of China from Xinjiang appear to meet cultural shock because these students were greatly influenced by their own ethnic cultures such as religious culture which are quite different from the cultures in the interior regions and therefore, the acculturation becomes the most important focus for these students in their daily life and studies. The paper argues that it is of great significance to explore the strategies of cultural adaptation for the students.
