旅游业是一个实践性非常强、发展理论相对薄弱的行业,所以急需要补充大量的理论支持。同时,利益相关者理论研究的深化,需要在不同的产业应用中加以验证,而不应停留在概念界定和模型层次上。通过本文的研究,在旅游领域内对“利益相关者”的理论应用及拓展进行分析和总结,旨在扩展旅游产品开发的理论,为旅游风景区的发展提供借鉴思路。
