摘要
设计了以双数字信号处理器(DSP)为核心的有源电力滤波器的控制系统,满足有源电力滤波器(APF)加强功能化和智能化的设计要求,提高了控制器的实时性能和工作效率。首先详细分析了该控制器的硬件系统结构,以及主要硬件模块的设计过程;然后针对其中的锁相环模块、AD调理电路模块、模数转换模块、双口RAM模块及故障检测电路模块等进行深入分析,并对双DSP的主要程序流程设计进行了介绍;最后通过性能测试验证了所设计的控制器具有较高的精度。
An active power filter control system with dual digital signal processor (DSP) core was designed, which meets the requirements of functional and intelligent design of the active power filter (APF), and improves the real-time performance efificiency of the controller. Firstly, the structure of the controller hardware system design process, as well as major hardware modules were analyzed in detail; Then in-depth analysis of AD conditioning circuit module, analog-to-digital converter module, dual-port RAM modules and fault detection circuit module as well as the dual DSP program process were introduced. Finally, the accuracy of the designed controller was proved by the performance test.
